| shipping from the US to CA, but it places all of the risk (unfairly) on the shipper. Like I said, if the receiver insist on shipping something via USPS because of costs the receiver needs to waive any and all claims for loss or damage. Otherwise, the receiver needs to accept the cost of secure shipping to their location. Anyone who ships via USPS internationally while still accepting responsibility for the item arriving is flat out taking an unreasonable (IMO) risk.
